Classic Tomato Basil Bruschetta – marinated cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil over toasted baguette.
Course 2
Smoked Salmon Bruschetta – crostini with lemon-dill mascarpone, smoked salmon, quick-pickled shallots, and microgreens.
Family-Style Side: Marinated Olives & Pickled Vegetables.
Course 3
Mushroom & Goat Cheese Bruschetta – garlicky sautéed mushrooms with thyme over whipped goat cheese, drizzled with truffle oil.
Family-Style Sides: Autumn Roasted Vegetables & Arugula Salad with parmesan and lemon vinaigrette.
